  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Non-Delivery: If your product has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, just send it back to us and we'll give you a full refund. No need to worry about the return shipping – we've got you covered!

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, if applicable under the conditions mentioned above.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost during shipping, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you, subject to verification with the shipping carrier.
